Our number one product is our traditional cardboard puzzle in a box -- utmost quality at an unparalleled price.

Industrially manufactured with a cardboard box whose lid is fully customisable, this product includes offset printing and glossy shrink wrapping atop rigid blue cardboard that is 2 mm thick.

Puzzle details:
  • Pieces are punched out.
  • Packaged inside a box.
  • Shrink-wrapped.
  • Possibility of including a photo guide.
Puzzle customisation:
  • Puzzle image.
  • Box (lid and base).
  • Possibility of customising the back of the puzzle.

Manufacturing Times

Standard

The STANDARD manufacturing time for these puzzles is 4 or 5 weeks.

Urgent

The URGENT manufacturing time for these puzzles is 2 or 3 weeks.

 

Express 72H.

We also have an EXPRESS manufacturing line which allows us to make some of these puzzles in 72 hours. The printing for this manufacturing line is sublimation printing (not offset printing) and the box is made from a single piece. Customisation in this case is limited to the top -- through digital printing.


Minimum quantities

The minimum production quantity for this type of puzzle is 250 units, although for the best price we recommend a minimum of 500 or 1,000 units.

Through our Express manufacturing line, we make 50 or more units with sublimation printing and a single-piece box.
